timin' us to help not to age, very TYPY 2021 

Into a calderito with a generous splash of olive oil; 2 cups of water, with about 16 ounces uncooked jazmine rice, and a small 8 ounces can of yellow corn with liquid.  The jazmine rice at the measuring cup sprinkled with table salt.  High heat covered almost until all liquid evaporates or is absorbed.  Then low heat covered to finish up the cooking process.  Enjoy with or without black beans.
