Sucralose in Pita Bread

My headache was the sign, my Fourth of July dinner must have contained, without my knowledge, one of my triggers: High Fructose Corn Syrup, Aspartame or Sucralose. Taking a close look @ all the ingredients in the food I'd had, the culprit appeared: Sucralose in the Joseph's Pita Bread! Why oh why? Lesson learned: I need to start making my own bread, like my husband used to make his before he couldn't anymore.
