Dinner at the Vegetarian Lunch Counter

Tonight, in search of organic coffee, we succumbed to hunger and had dinner at a place where it used to be that only lunch was served.  The lunch adrenaline and hectic space have left their mark, evident this evening even with just a few people there.  The food and the price ($6.99 for my heaping plate - mixing sweet potatoes with potato vegetable "pastelón" *and* rice and beans!) were, well, welcome now after we paid top dollar for the groceries we had waiting for us in a cart parked outside the dining area.  Face it, organic food is pricier, tastier than its non-organic counterpart.
